I love Merlin and Gwen’s friendship, so it really saddened me when Gwen tried to keep Arthur from going to find Merlin in 4x06. I get that she’s worried about him and all but he’s going after the guy who saved you from being burnt at the stake, eaten alive by wilddeorens, and helped you through a time when your brother was being held hostage. Arthur’s capable of escaping death and he’s done it one too many times. I don’t know, I just wish she showed more gratitude.
